Mooredale Sports

A proud community icon, the Rosedale-Moore Park Association has provided recreational sport leagues for its members since 1955, beginning with the creation of the Mooredale Hockey League.  For the past 55 years, Mooredale has offered it members the same memorable experience: the opportunity to be part of a non-competitive team, where winning is always second to having fun.

Soccer

The Mooredale Soccer Club, Mooredale's biggest sport league, has offered recreational soccer since 1967.  With more than 1,300 players on nearly 100 teams, the league continues to thrive, holding steadfast to its core values:  teaching new skills in a fun environment, where everybody gets an equal chance to participate.

Softball

Softball has been a spring tradition at Mooredale since 1956, where the first pitch is always as fun as the last out. With a practice and a game on the same weeknight, it's learning through play at its best.

Flag Football

Since 1999, the Mooredale Flag Football League has conquered every imaginable weather condition -  and the games just keep on ticking!  A great intro to Canadian football, the final game is played on Grey Cup Sunday, on the Cup's original turf - Rosedale Park.

Hockey

Boasting the oldest outdoor ice hockey league in the city, the Mooredale Hockey League has been passing the puck at Rosedale Park since 1955. It's a first-rate intro to old-fashioned hockey and a great way to escape the competitive hockey culture.
