Mooredale Day Camp is the Place for you!
Our enthusiastic staff range in age from approximately 15 to 30, which includes our Junior Counsellors, Counsellors, Specialty Staff and Senior Camp Leadership Team. All of our counsellors have a strong interest in children and their development, and demonstrate this through their dedicated care of the campers. Some staff have more than 10 years of experience, while others are just beginning the exciting world of children's camping! All our staff have Camp nicknames and are known only by these names at Camp.
ALL CAMP STAFF
· Hold certification in First Aid and CPR (We offer a course if you require this
certification)
· Complete our own extensive Pre-Camp training program
· Are enthusiastic, responsible friendly and fun!

8:00 Staff Arrive to Camp
8:30 Campers start arriving to Mooredale
8:45 Mooredale Morning Madness, Morning Greetings, Sing Songs,
and Announcements
9:00 Red Cross Swimming lessons and Camper Group Activities
10:00 Snack and Quite Activities
11:30 All Camp Free Swim
12:15 Picnic Lunch
12:45 Quite Activities, Specialty Activities and Group Activities
1:15 Group Activities and Specialty Activities
3:15 Round Up! Clean up and check out at Rosedale Public School
3:45 Parents begin picking up campers
4:00 “Happy Hour” optional after camp care to 5:30
SUMMER STAFF OPPORTUNITIES
Following Pre-Camp training, Staff members work either the full summer or, just July, or just August. Some staff members may switch jobs mid-summer.
